I'm in need of a good electrician that works the Farmers Branch area. I'm buying a home that is 50 years old and needs a HVAC. I have a contractor that is saying the current, old electrical wiring will not support the new HVAC and new appliances...and would become an issue at inspection. He would like to rewire the house at a significant cost. I would like to get an expert, second opinion.
