 I am new to the group. I am trying to find a landlord that is open to Airbnb arbitrage (subleasing). My target demographics is traveling nurses. Does anyone know of individuals that own property in the Fort Worth area that are open to allowing me to lease for the purpose of Airbnb arbitrage (subleasing)? Thanks.
