I had someone else ask me to do this, rent for 2 months at the end of May.
At first it sounded like a good idea, two months no vacancy because the home is clean enough to live in without alot of work.
Then I realized at the end of that time, I would have a vacant home at the end of July, sort of past prime move time. Also this would work only if the 2 month renters were good and I did not have to end up evicting them which could then put it vacant even later in the year.
I decided for me, it was not going to work.
