My friend & former REIA owner, Don Klick, gave me a call this afternoon to let me know that JP Ralph Swearingen would be holding an open meeting (lunch included) at noon this coming Wednesday in his courtroom at the Tarrant County courthouse downtown.  So... if you have any questions about the types of cases Judge Swearingen hears (evictions & others), the processes followed, etc., you're invited to attend!

All you need to do is send Don an email ASAP at DonKlick@yahoo.com, so he can help make sure they order enough food for everyone.
