    Hello fellow investors!

    The Independent Rental Owners (IROC) group of the Apartment Association of Tarrant County is hosting a meeting of lenders for investors of residential and commercial properties.  It is being held at noon on Wednesday, March 20, 2013, at the Apartment Association.  The AATC is located at 6350 Baker Blvd, Richland Hills, 76118.
      
    The meeting is free to attend!  Come find out about the benefits of being an AATC member.  Most in our IROC group are single family owners, and some have multifamily properties, too.  

    Please call me if you would like to come.  We will be serving lunch ($5) if you would like to eat and RSVP.

    I have had several calls about this meeting.  Keep 'em coming!

    The IROC meetings are another excellent opportunity to network with tried and true landlords.  We always get interesting tips from each other, besides the monthly speakers, thus what prompted having this lending topic.  No pressure to join the AATC, but come learn about benefits of membership to help make your business better.
