For any that jumped on the judgment and lien opportunities with Mike Warren, have you had any success and payouts thus far?

This thread will only be valuable if the actions taken and the results received are described in more detail.  FYI, when I first started, it took me approximately 10 months of persistent action before I completed my first real estate deal.  Keep up the good work, and don't give up!

I was trying not to be negative :) Here is more detail:

I purchased and started on Dec 6, 2012. There was supposed to be a 30 day return period. That period is voided if the orientation instructions are followed. Page 3 of the “Read this First” packet says to watch the “Internet Research DVD”. To watch that dvd the seal must be broken. If the seal is broken, the course can not be returned. I would have returned this product – still would like to!

In Mike’s sales pitch he talked about a 30 to 45 day payday by finding a property under contract with a judgment against it. He mentioned going to Realtor.com to find the properties under contract. I discovered after my purchase that Realtor.com does not show properties once they go to contract.

I called the help number and got no reply or return call. I opened a ticket through the zendesk and they told me to call a realtor – not really what Mike had indicated.

I opened another ticket about not being able to enter the Members area of their website. To this day I still can not enter that area.

I followed the course program step by step and worked it for 3 weeks – 6 days per week, 10 to 12 hours per day. This includes the time for learning as well as researching the judgments. I went through hundreds, if not thousands, of records and did find two that match Mike’s criteria for referral. One was a private citizen who refused to talk with anyone she did not know. The other was a small business who never returned my calls.

This is a numbers game. The only way that makes sense to me is to have 2 VA’s - one to go through the county records, and one to contact the creditors. This is what pretty much what Mike said – except for the Realtor.com ploy. As I can not return the material, I have no choice but to wait until I can afford to pay the VA’s for 6 to 9 months waiting for the first pay off.
