I've had a few leads come in from the Rosemont area recently. Right now I'm looking for a spanish speaker who'd be interested in a bird dog lead. The woman owner needs to sell, but it was hard to talk specifics with the language barrier. I tossed out a ballpark number of 25-30k and it didn't seem to phase her. It's a 3/2
