We're putting some sweet properties in Bedford under contract. Trouble is: rookie issues. My partner is a REALTOR, this is virgin territory for her, she's setting up TREC paperwork contracts realtor-to-realtor since they're being listed on MLS and she's paranoid that (when have I heard this before?...) "THAT'S ILLEGAL". So two minutae questions and a request for contact:
1a. Where do you add 'and/or assigns' to the TREC? Right there on the buyer line? "Me and/or assigns, buyer?"
1b. Does TREC have an assignment of contract form they either created themselves or feel comfortable with? (I've been dealing with sellers, this is my first time with realtors; they're a whole different wall of misinformation to climb).
RFC: Realtor to Realtor is demanding earnest and proof of funds. How do I get around the earnest money and Does anyone recommend a transactional funder who can turn applications around fast so at least we can get things moving.
