My name is William Mills and I'm the Director of Business Development for Cole Luxury Homes. For the past 30 years, my boss, Chuck Cole, has been in the light
commercial, luxury residential, and multifamily construction business. His family has been in construction for the past 60 years. Currently our company has been constructing homes throughout North Texas under the
name of Cole Luxury Homes. We are the only accredited Southern Living
Builder in the Dallas Fort Worth
Metroplex. We received that designation after interviewing with the
magazine
and competing against 100 other builders for the honor. The company has been a
member since 2008.
We have also done extensive work in real estate development. Our company has been
involved in constructing four apartment complexes ranging in size from
50 to 180 units, and countless 4 plex and duplex projects all over the
Dallas/Fort Worth
metroplex. We have also been involved in developing 2 subdivisions in
the City of Midlothian, and are in
the process of possibly developing a third in Ovilla, Texas on 113 acres
and 150 lots.
My reason for reaching out to you is that our company would like to do more.
Currently, we are in search of investors. The banking industry is in
turmoil, and it appears this will last a while. We'd like to find a
financial partner for our business to be able to
go out and construct
more apartments, homes, or real estate development. With the current
state of the economy, real estate is a good place to invest. Based on
market studies we believe that margins of 15%-25% can be made on custom
homes in certain areas. Apartment and development numbers are much
better. We are looking to expand back into those areas. If you or
