    Do you have an online source for pulling MLS comps that you would recommend?

    I took a break from buying for a while.  I'm getting back into it and want to make sure I'm set up with the best tools currently available.

    I've been using http://www.investway.com/ for pulling comps for many years, and I'm very pleased with it.

    If you sign up with New Western, you can pull your own comps. Not sure how easy it is to do, but I did try it once & it was not too hard for me. You might want to compare what you get on their site with the other one Robin recommends. One thing I believe you get on New Westerns is the seller contribution.
