I've got some inspection items to clear up on a flip I'm selling and my GC has gotten too busy with his next jobs.
I'm in need of a licensed electrician to do some pretty basic work. Replace some plugs and clean up some ugly spliced cables in the attic.
I'm in need of a licensed plumber to put in a pan under the hotwater heater and fix a leak in the sink.
I need a handyman to put on a shower door & fix a dryer vent that is currently venting to the attic that I need run to the exterior.
Anyone got any suggestions/referrals of who to call that is investor friendly?
