I am looking at a potential rehab property that was occupied by a cat lady. Apparently 20 cats were removed from the house on foreclosure while we counted 22 additional cats around the property today. Would be have to replace flooring and drywall or can we seal somehow?  Maybe an ozone generator?

    Anyone have advice?

Cat Lady House - Cool, sounds like the smell of money to me.  If it were me I would start with the Ozone machine but let it run for 2-3 days vise one.  Then I would seal it.  It sould be nive if you would come back to this Forum and let everyone know if it works and if not, what you did to resolve it.

    Good luck

On the Drywall unless damaged you should be able to Kilz and seal, the house if a slab, you can do a enzyme treatment on the slab, or the Ozone and then seal the slab.
