To all investors who are involved in remodeling,
I have attended school for one year for interior design. I have a basic/intermediate understanding and ability to draft floor plans. I am less interested in decorating peoples' homes and more interested in designing upgrades for those flipping/remodeling homes. I am in the beggining stages of becoming an investor myself but am still working on getting my foot in the door.
I own a home myself and have a WONDERFUL understanding of what it takes to get the best return on investment.
If you are looking for a designer, I'd love to help! I don't have a portfolio because all of my clients to date have been purely cosmetic and don't apply to this. But I do have some drafts that I can show you to prove that I have an architectural understanding. However, I am completely willing to do a trial house FREE of CHARGE to showcase my abilities. I'm hoping to join a team to help with all of their remodels, but I'll take anything for the experience for now.
