Looking for an investor. I work for a home builder and we've teamed with a property owner in the Preston Hollow-ish area and they want us to tear down the existing home and build a new custom house in it's place. We're looking for anyone that'd possibly be interested in being a partner in this deal.
If there's not anyone here, can anyone shed any light on anyone/any bank that might be willing to help out with this type of deal?
