New investor - West Plano area

    Hi,

    I am a new investor looking to purchase buy and hold SFH in west plano area (west of 75) preferably in zip codes 75024,75023,75025 and built after 1980's. I will be coming to this saturday meeting and would like to meet other investors from the area. Also need some insight into how the rental market for SFH in the above mentioned areas.
