My initial investment focus is relatively narrow, ie buying to rent single family- Denton / East Tarrant county.
One challenge I see in the near future, to extend beyond existing properties, is utilizing conventional loans via larger banks (ex: Chase). Looking for suggestion around smaller / local banks, that may be more flexible around some their metrics when evaluating mortgages for rental purposes.
One Gentlemen I spoke with at the previous REI meeting (12/1) suggested Justin Bank.... any other experiences for contacts or guidance is appreciated.
