Yesterday I received an email from an individual who was interested in a house I have for sale in Weatherford. They are looking for a place closer to Dallas, so I will be happy to pass on the lead to anyone in that area who has an owner finance home for sale.
Here are the details:
We want to be not more than maybe 40 miles from Dallas. We liked lIttle elm/denton but are okay with Richland, grand prarie and even fort worth areas.
Must have 3/2 pref 4 bed 2 or more baths.
min 1800 sq ft.
Need large yard fenced or acreage.
Must have a tool shed or garage.
Pool would be fantastic as we all swim.
Fixxer is okay if it's livable and not dangerous or too dirty.
Would really prefer something move in ready.
Can do about $5k down and want to keep payments under $1000. Currently owner fi and pay $702.
I am partial to bungalow style/craftsman. The old world charm.
If we can find something in an area that is up and coming, with a large yard - that would be ideal.
If we can find a mobile or home outside of town at not more than the 40/50 miles radius that would keep the payment less than $700 - this would be fantastic as I want to be a stay at home mom and work on fixing up the house.
