Who buys in North NORTH Texas?

    I know alot of you buy in and directly around Dallas or Fort Worth.  But how many of you would be willing to buy in Denton/Cooke county?

    I've heard some of you say "I'll go anywhere there's a good deal."  Well I'm putting you to the test now.  I'm going to have more free time in the near future, and I see it as the perfect time to get my investing moving.  So if you'd be interested in wholesales or bird dogs this far north, I'd love to have your information in my spreadsheet.

    I don't typically buy wholesale deals houses there however I have a few on my list that do. I would be interested in any "owner finance" and "subject to" deals there that you don't know how to handle so please put me on your list for all deals you get.
