Have you tried marketing the property? I have had a lot of luck with Craigslist, talking to a wholesaler or realtor if your in a hurry. Owner finance if you have time to find a buyer. You should have good pictures and some type of exit strategy by way of reliable numbers ARV, Cost of repair comps etc. If it's a bargain your in the right place someone on this site might get it I have seen it happen!
