bird dog leads

    All,

For those of you who accept credible bird dog leads and will pay towards those leads if closed on, what exact information and format are you looking for?  Do you have an example of how you would like to see the lead come across your table, fax machine, or email?  Basically, I'm looking to see if there is "a norm" in how to present this information.  I can make up my own, but I want to follow "the norm" if there is one.

    Thanks,

    jg

I don't think there's really a "norm" of form in communicating information.  At a minimum, as a buyer, I would siimply like to know the address of the property and why you think it might be a good deal?

If you have more info, like the phone number of the owner, that'd be even better, but, while extremely useful, you can submit a birddog deal to me without it.

BTW, I'm a very serious buyer with cash of my own and private lenders too.  I want to buy another property or two before the end of the year in NE Tarrant County.  I prefer houses with 3x2x2 minimum, but I may be a little flexible on the garage sometimes.

I'd love to buy a duplex and/or another 4-plex too!

    Call me at 817-300-1132.

    Robin,

As always, I appreciate the info and your feedback.  I have some ideas in mind and will just carry them forward when opportunities arise.  We'll see how it goes.  This wolf spider is ready to jump on the right opportunity.

    Sincerely,

    jg
