Learn which justice of the peace court your property is in, and go there. Sit in on other evictions prior to your need. If the judge changes, repeat the process. Then you understand the process, which I think is pretty simple. At least then if you decide to hire someone, you will understand the process & know that they are doing what is in your best interest to get rid of non-payers in the fastest way possible.
