    Please reply back right here with all your criteria, so everyone who monitors the Discussion Forum will be able to see it.  As I recall from our conversation yesterday, you are interested in the Grand Prairie area, but you are interested in other areas too.  You also told me you could pay up to $200K.  Right?

    -3 bdrm or more, -1500 sqft or more. -Off street parking, -family oriented neighborhood (No rough areas).
