Does anyone know any investors who buy in the Houston area around Bellaire?
I've got a lead down there who wants to sell, but I want to be more confident that I have it teed up before I spend too much time and resources on it.
Would you also recommend just partnering with a local wholesaler and splitting the deal 50/50?
