Fire damage

    Hi all,

    I have a rental property where the tenant was cooking in the garage and a fire broke out and firefighters had to be called.  It only damaged the garage area.  I wanted advice on what my next steps should be as far as restoration, insurance, tenant, etc.  Also should I file a claim with my insurance or not?  Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!!!
