Looking for mentor

    I am just trying to get started in the investment business, and has been something I have wanted to do for a long time, I have read alot about it joined websites, went to seminars but I am the type of person that needs some hands on training.  I am looking to start out by doing some wholesaling because I do not have alot of money at this time, but would like for someone to help me walk through the first one or two or what to look for how to determine the cost of repairs and writing the contract correctly, I am willing to compensate for your time but would like to discuss this further.
    If you are able to help or know anyone that is please let me know

    Sharon or other wholesalers, please keep my information handy if you find a wholesale deal in the S. Fort Worth, Benbrook, Mansfield, Arlington, Burleson, Johnson County areas. I have cash and I'm ready to go. I like 3/4-2-2's, 1980 or newer, no war zones. It needs to be a real deal and not use over optimistic ARV estimates or understated repair estimates.
