One of my favorite axioms is "Ask and you shall receive!"  This is one of the reasons we love having Robyn Thompson, "The Rehab Queen," back at DFW REI Club, because I asked and you will receive!

Some of our DFW REI Club members have asked how they could get some more time with Robyn when she comes to DFW REI Club to really pick her brain at a much deeper level on how she has built a Massive Passive bunch of keeper properties.  They're looking for a detailed road map to follow step-by-step, so, since Robyn is coming to speak on Rehabbing on Thursday & Saturday anyway, I reached out to see if she'd be willing to share some advanced strategies.
