I own several flex/warehouse spaces in northeast tarrant but have no vacancies. 5000 sqft with dock high access will start at $2500 per month with a minimum of 3 year lease. You might find something near I-30 and Beach or off I-35 South of Downtown for less but crime will be a problem.
