Sewer repair - anyone done CIPP?

Hi, I'm a new member to the forum (but not a new investor) and have a property I am looking at.  My concern is possible sewer line damage after foundation repair.  House is on slab.  Has anyone used the "cured-in-place-pipe" system for repairs?  It is the one where they place an epoxy sleeve fitting inside the existing pipe and it's cured in-place.  Sounds better than cutting up the slab and repouring but would like to know about any experience you may have had - pros and cons...and whether it is competitive in price to the traditional slab-cutting approach.

Appreciate any feedback you can offer!

    Gloria

CIPP is used for repairing 4" diameter pipe and larger.  Typically the sewer pipe for a house is not that big, usually 2-3".
