Hello friends, I'm new to wholesaling. I've seen multiple times that bandit sign is a great way to find motivated sellers but I'm aware it's illegal and I want to avoid fines (I don't understand why it's illegal, it seems like it's oppressing our first amendment rights). What are some marketing strategies to help find motivated sellers? Also, I'm willing to split with another wholesale investor to begin with!
