I am curious about peoples thoughts on mobile property investment for wholesale, rehab flip or rental. If you buy these let me know too please. I get access to a lot of these through my marketing endeavors.

I hold several in my rental portfolio and have even owner financed a few.  With that being said it is hard to find investor financing on MHs and you do not buy for appreciation.  If you come across any that you don't want I'm BUYING.  MHs on land only not in parks.  IBuyHousesin7Days@Gmail.com

I agree with Rocky... MH's depreciate in value (like a car)... You can put upgrades in them but it would be like putting upgrades in a 1998 honda, at the end of the day, it's still a '98 honda and will only be worth so much... Also, you need to have a license to invest in mobile homes (more than 1 per year if I recall correctly) as well which makes this niche even that much less desirable IMO. Also, Parks are hard to work with. Many of them are not happy with investors being in their parks.

The above said, I do have a contact who buys MH's for his park so if you have any on land send them to Rocky, if you have them in parks please feel free to send them to me...
