    Hi yall! 

    I am a newbie here, I have always been intrested in rei, I have seen lots of youtube videos, read countless pages on rei.I have heard you dont a prefect credit score or down payment to be able to start investing. Can anyone give me information on hard money lenders, if someone can provide some guidance/mentorship on getting started., I appreciate and thank eveeyone in advance.

    Start networking with groups like this one.    do you have a general idea on what would you like to start with?

    Do you want to buy a rental?   fix and flip a property?  get to know an area you would like to invest in, drive around (drive for deals) and just start looking.   

    not sure if this forum allows for deal reviews, but find a mentor that can review you deal(s) and start making offers!
