GM, I am trying to evict one of my tenant for non payment of rent in Tarrant County. I recently acquired this property so all I have is the copy of lease no personal information of the tenant. Court wants me to provide an affidavit of military status but I wont be able to produce it online since I do not have tenants DOB or SSN. Any thoughts?
