Fellow Investors,
Anyone out there that has had experience doing rehabs in Wylie I need your opinion. Should we pull permits on a rehab there. This is a full demo job down to the studs to include replacing sewage lines, electrical, etc. Thanks in advance for sharing your experience and opinions on the matter.
