Hello everyone! My name is Chris and I'm a business owner but really would like to start investing. Because I'm new at real estate investment I think wholesaling would be a good start. I need to frequent learning seminars etc. Which materials would really be beneficial and efficient? How do I create contracts for sellers and can I meet some reliable investors to whom would love to buy these properties I will have for them? I have currently  been working with a small investor to whom has 12 rental properties right now, been a partner involved in flipping 2 homes and I do all the work. I only mentioned that to say I have some experience in this line of work. Thank yout for any information you can afford and I look forward to this business and it's future connections.
