I'm trying to build my note buyers list. I've been given the opportunity to buy/sell performing notes in the DFW and Houston market and am hoping to build my list of buyers.
All performing notes are single family homes between $75k-$150k, newly rehabbed and sold to owner occupied home buyers through owner finance terms. All are legally done through an RMLO in Dallas. All offer a yield between 9-10%. The 1st position lien is normally between 75-77% LTV.
You can buy the 1st and 2nd positions, only buy the 1st position, or buy a fraction of the note (if there are enough fraction buyers to cover the full purchase price). Self-directed IRAs are welcomed.
