    Hey  guys I have a property under contract in the cresson area between Benbrook and Grandbury and I am looking for a title company somewhere in the southwest Fort Worth area in which I can assign this contract . Any and all recommendations are appreciated thanks

    I use Capital Title in Ft. Worth, TX. There address is 810 W 10th St. Their number is 817.377.9009. They used to be Alamo Title, but have just switched to Capital Title as of Monday this week. They handle double closings, assignments, sub-2's, wraps... they handle it all. Shylia Trout is the senior escrow officer. I hope that this helps.

    Ditto.... Martin Garcia at Texas Secure Title!  I use him for all of my rehabs and rentals.  I also recommend him to retail purchasers as well.

    He does everything to do with Real Estate
