Hello everyone, I wanted to take a moment and introduce myself.
My name is Don and I have been a part of the real estate industry for many years and had visited the Nubys group when the meetings were at the hotel on beach st.
At that time I was bird-dogging deals and doing turn-key reno's for investors. from 2002-2009 found and remodeled probably in the neighborhood of 200-300 homes.
after 2009 I was low on work and not networking to get deals as much as I should have, was working with 3-5 investors that all pretty much lost or got out. so I went to work for the city of lake worth as the code enforcement officer :( short lived.
since then I have been working at a design build firm as project coordinator (good money) bad idea working for someone else as an employee.
so now I am back. I hope to not only learn, but offer my extensive experience and knowledge as a wholesaler and general contractor.
