What are some ways to offer a "Rent to Buy" scenario legally given the changes to the Texas Property Code that occurred back in 2005. I still see people offering lease options but I am just trying to understand the proper, legal method for structuring a lease option with a seller and a tenant buyer given the current legal conditions.
