I'm interested in speaking with like minded and well capitalized investors who want to explore and then pursue, buy and hold investments in multi-family rentals, specifically, apartments in the North Texas area. I'm currently a landlord of income producing commercial properties and single family homes. In addition, I'm a Texas licensed real estate broker.
My goal is to partner with a few other investors in small complexes in quality locales with stabilized incomes initially. Afterwards, acquiring larger properties where poor management, deferred maintenance and occupancy rates can be improved to provide better ROI.
