Ive been in contact with someone in Arizona that is doing short sale "flips" and doing quite well, considering he also has a full time job. Yes, I know the market there is different. However, I would like to explore doing something similar here and would consider partnering with someone that is more experienced with short sales, especially in the DFW area.
