I have 400sf of 16x16 glazed ceramic tile, grout, and thinset from a rehab project last year. It is a Home Depot product UE4L Island Sand. Additional tile can be purchased from Home Depot if needed. Grout is biscuit and thinset is gray.
I purchased it from Seconds and Surplus in Dallas. Each tile has a small yellow spot that wipes off with water.
$350 for everything.
