I am looking for a residential lease form for a property owned here in Texas. The ones I find online are from The Texas Association of Realtors and are in pdf format, stating that "Use of this form by persons who are not members of the Texas Association of Realtors is not authorized"
Does anyone have a generic rental lease form similar to this one without that specific language on it? I can start from scratch, but would rather re-use if someone has something similar.
