I'm looking for an owner carry to purchase for myself, in the central metro plex - Tarrant County eastward to Hwy 360, south to Mansfield, north to Grapevine. Keeping budget very low under $100k. Current flip I"m living in has sold/closes March 1st, so am actively looking and am open to single family home as small as a 2-1.5, to a more preferable 3-2, larger condos, or even duplex if there could be equity. I don't mind older properties, not in favor of bad areas for both liveability and long term values sake. Thank you very much - interested in hearing back for any potential deals :)
