construction company (1.5 year history); lived in the same rental in Everman for 7 years and is open to a 2 year lease. Due to her income, she requires
housing assistance from the Tarrant Housing Authority. The housing
authority pays about 60% and she is responsible for 40% each month. If
you are willing to accept the guaranteed rent from the housing authority,
there is a three steps process: Complete the application; get property
inspected for smoke alarms, carbon monoxide and door peep holes; complete a 45
minute landlord briefing within 60 days.
