Anyone got advice on what to use for determining where "city boundaries" start and others begin?  The maps dont really let you tell where one city begins and other starts.

Using this link, you simply find the city and click on the city name on the map & wa-la...... the city boundary is outlined in red.

Does anybody know how to map school districts across city boundaries (i.e., school districts sometimes cross over into multiple cities)? Thank you
