Does anyone have any luck getting the City of Dallas to reduce the tax lien on a house?
Currently the tax lien is worth more than the property. It would make financial sense for them to take a lower pay-off and net better than if they go through the tax sale...and end up with a high tax value property once the rehab is completed.
