Anyone have an owner finance / rent to own deal?

    My bird dog brought me a guy looking for an owner finance for his family to move into. I do not have anything to fit the bill.

    He is looking in the Irving area but is flexible & "very motivated". 
    Lease is up at end of month.

    Is okay with doing repairs as long as it's livable now.

    Prefers 3/2 or 3/2/2. 

    $750 to $1100 per month PITI included.
