Evictions Made Easy
More and more of our members have been entering into the property management sector of the real estate business. This sector of the business is very detailed and has many areas where there is legal liability for the agent as well as the landlord. This session will give licensees a complete overview of the eviction process when handling single family residential properties. The session will also incorporate the newly revised eviction procedures which become effective after August 31st. |

First elected in 1992, Judge Al Cercone presides over one of the busiest and most productive courts in Texas. His judicial duties include overseeing tens of thousands of civil and criminal cases annually. At the request of the Texas State Commission on Judicial Conduct, he serves as a mentor judge to peers in need of guidance or supplemental education, and in 2006 he was approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission to be an MCE instructor. |
