I have an investment property (Single Family, Townhouse) purchased in June 2019. The property is a new construction. I have good renter who continue renting for coming years.
The property tax (Tarrant and Denton) was unchanged in 2020 and 2021 since the counties did not change the appraisal value for the property.
However, the current inflation/housing FMV hike will change the property tax. The appraisal value is taken at Jan 1, 2022 will the basis of property tax.
How do I estimate the 2022 property tax?
I found the 2022 budget for Denton and Tarrant Co regarding tax rate. Then, my ultimate question is how to translate from market value I find in Zillow into Appraisal value?
