    Greetings All Members,

    My name is Beverly White and I'm new to the real estate industry. I'm seeking out answers to two very important questions during my research and study on how to best build my real estate business.

    1) In today's market, what are some of the challenges often faced when it comes to selling/buying homes in DFW?

    2) Are there any suggested local list providers that I can use which will provide solid leads?

    The biggest problem right now is prices.  Everything is WAY up.  It is very hard to find a deal worth spending time on.

    It would helpful to give us some insight what you mean by "buying/selling".  Are you planning to wholesale properties?
